- StarStock is free to use. Please use it fairly and don't try to break or overload it.
- The numbers can be wrong or out of date. Double-check in-game before you trade.
- StarStock is an unofficial fan site. EVE Echoes and everything from the game belongs to NetEase and CCP Games.
These terms apply to StarStock (starstock.app), including its market, contracts, planetary industry and star chart pages and its free API. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
1. Using StarStock
You can use StarStock for free, for yourself or for your corp, alliance or community, including building your own tools on the free API. Please don't:
- send so many requests that it slows the site down for everyone (the site limits how many requests each visitor can make);
- try to get into parts of the site that aren't public, or interfere with how it works;
- use the site for anything illegal, or present its data as official game data.
If you republish StarStock's data, a link back to starstock.app is appreciated.
2. No guarantees
Prices, planet outputs, contracts and every other number on StarStock are collected automatically from the game and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are for information only and are not financial advice. You make your own decisions in the game, and you do so at your own risk.
StarStock is provided free and “as is”, without any warranty. It may change, pause or shut down at any time without notice.
3. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, StarStock and the person who runs it are not responsible for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on its data, including lost ISK, items, ships or game progress.
4. Game content and trademarks
EVE Echoes and all related game content, including names, logos, item names, images and game data, are the property of NetEase and CCP Games (CCP hf.). StarStock is an independent fan project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by NetEase or CCP Games.
If you own rights in anything shown on StarStock and want it changed or removed, email us and we'll deal with it promptly.
5. Other websites
StarStock links to other sites, like Discord, Patreon and Afdian. We don't control them, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
6. Your privacy
How StarStock handles data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top will change when they are, and using the site after that means you accept the new version.
